At village level, the community members will participate in the planning process and validate whether the identified commodities and sub sectors are prevailing at their village and/or are offering any potential opportunity for enterprise development.To bring about an outcome envisaged by the project the exercise will be a dynamic process with high level of community participation in collection of data, facts, experience connecting with various stakeholders of enterprise and existing livelihood initiatives in the community.
